    Pork Chops Cacciatore

    Ingredients

    • 6 pork chops
    • 1 lb. can tomatoes
    • 1 envelope dry spaghetti sauce mix
    • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
    • 1 green pepper

    Instructions

    Brown pork chops in frying pan. Put in single layer in greased baking dish. Combine the can of tomatoes, the dry spaghetti sauce mix and the brown sugar and pour over the top of the pork chops. Cut green pepper into rings and lay a ring on top of each pork chop. Cover dish and bake 350 degrees for 60 minutes then remove cover and bake 15 to 20 minutes more.
