Freezing Corn
Ingredients
- 10 cups corn (cut off cob)
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 3 cups water
- 3 tsps coarse salt
Instructions
Boil 10 minutes. Let cool. Pack in plastic bags (Ziplock sandwich work well). Let cool close to room temperature and freeze. Makes 4 baggies of 2 Cups each.
