This recipe looks like it makes eight servings, which is a lot of pudding, but wow, it looks delicious! I love banana pudding and banana cream pie, so I know I will love this creamy pudding. I have mason jars, so I think I will make this for Christmas Eve.

I love banana pudding but have yet to make it for my Brit husband. This sounds like a great way to present this delicious dish to him. I don't have any mason jars, but I do have a lot of pint beer glasses that are about the same size, so I think these would work really well. I don't have to fill them to the top (I think that is too much of a good thing!) but it's a great substitute! And the long handled tea spoons are also good for this presentation.

This would be a beautiful dessert to serve as a sort of parfait in a wine or malt glass as well. I love the mason jar idea, as you could make them ahead and take them with you in a cooler to an outdoor summer celebration or picnic. It would a big hit for both adults and children alike.
