Dr. Seuss Cloud Pudding
"I am a sucker for Dr. Seuss. I don't know if it's his simple and perfect wisdom or the wonderfully whimsical characters, but there is something about his books that I will never outgrow. This pudding is something fun to go along with his books!"

What is cloud pudding? Is it because this dessert is so light and airy? I think my favorite part about this dish is that it only has three ingredients. Who can mess up that recipe with a few simple items? Could you add some food coloring to make the clouds blue or purple or something?

I have a feeling the blog had to take the recipe down because Dr. Suess name was mentioned and with copyrights etc., permission to use his name may not have been approved. The pudding looks yummy n the phot and I think Eri's idea of how to assemble the ingredients is correct. Personally I would choose a different color than green to make a cloud pudding. What color would you use?

When I tried to get the recipe I was told the page was not available, WHY?

I'm guessing that you make a mousse-type mix whip the cream set aside. Make the pudding as directed. Add green food coloring until desired shade. Gently fold whipped cream into pudding. I think that would work.
