You can't go wrong with a dish that includes chocolate and vanilla pudding can you? I have seen this recipe called many things like sex in a pan and Robert Redford pie. What is the difference between this recipe and all of those other ones. Is there a difference between all of them?

This is just another version of an existing recipe called Eclair dessert. Amish? I don't think so. Also, how much whipped topping is supposed to be used.

Do you add a whole carton of whipped topping to each pudding or just 1/2 of the 8oz carton?

You need to let this set longer than 1 hour in order for the graham crackers to soften. Over night is the best.
