Easy Beer Bread
Take a walk on the wild side and add a little beer to your bread. This delicious moist bread recipe, is quick and easy and can be enjoyed with soups, dips or just as a slice of bread with butter. How you want to eat it is up to you, but try this delicious recipe from Kristen at I love Food.
Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 bottle of beer ( amber or dark)
- 3 tablespoons butter
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a loaf pan and set aside.

In a bowl mix the flour, sugar and beer. The dough will be very sticky.

Pour mixture into the greased loaf pan and top with 1Tbsp of the butter diced into small cubes. Bake for 50 min.

Melt the remaining 2 Tbsp of butter and pour on the bread. Put bread back in the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until golden brown.
