This recipe looks nice and light and tasty too! I'm not sure what exactly English peas are, but I'm sure regular peas would work just fine. This recipe is great for potlucks or summer BBQs. I love recipes that have lots of colour - they are more appealing and look great on the table. I think I would definitely use tomatoes instead of pimento. I'll definitely be bringing this to my next BBQ event!
