This is a bit more elaborate than my usual grilled cheese, though I've often added bacon and tomato. The use of four different cheeses is new, and looks absolutely delicious. I definitely plan on making this and possibly substituting some Muenster or Provolone in favor of one of the four listed cheeses. I love cheese and bacon anyway, and I was happy to see that caraway rye bread was used, which is one of my favorites for sandwiches.
