- 2 slices S.Rosen's Bavarian Dark Rye
- 1 package Kerry Gold Blarney Castle Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Butter

Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-low heat

Place the slices of bread in the skillet, allowing them to soak up all the butter. Cut the cheese into thin slices, and lay on the bread.
