"These are delicious moist ground beef meatballs stuffed with melted mozzarella cheese. Slider style on little rolls at a party or healthy dinner. I like to call these Meatball Surprise Sliders. There is a little surprise waiting for you when you bite into one of these luscious meatballs, ooey gooey melted mozzarella cheese.
