Popcorn Slider
A good battered fish sandwich is sometimes all I need to fulfill my appetite. This Popcorn Slider makes a great mini sandwich that allows you to pop them back one after the other. Made with homemade tartar sauce, you're going to love 'em.
Ingredients
- 1 ounce to 2 SeaPak popcorn fish or shrimp
- 1 slider burger roll
- lettuce, to taste
- tomato, to taste
- For Tartar Sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon pickle relish
- sprinkle of salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Bake Popcorn Fish according to package instructions.
- Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, pickle relish and salt & pepper. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Place lettuce, tomato, popcorn fish or shrimp on bun and add tartar sauce on top and then place bun on top.
