Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless pork sirloin steaks
- 1 baguette
- Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cube chicken stock dissolved in 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Mix all the sauce ingredients together.
- Put the meat in the slow cooker and cover it with sauce. Pop the lid on and set on high for 5 hours.
- Take the baguette and cut it into 4 pieces. Cut each piece almost all the way through and then open it. Pop them in the toaster oven for a couple of minutes.
- Take the pork out of the slow cooker, put it on a plate, and flake it with a fork.
- Take each piece of baguette and cover it with pork. Pour a little bit of sauce on top.
- Put a small amount of sauce in a serving dish for dunking.
