Too Good Turkey Sandwich
Thanksgiving revisited is what this sandwich is all about! Too Good Turkey Sandwich is full of the best of Thanksgiving smells and flavor, and the best part is…it’s all yours! Toast the bread just right, then pile on layers of cranberry sauce, stuffing or dressing, and last of all, the turkey in this wonderful sandwich recipe. Drizzle a little gravy to moisten it up just a bit and you have the perfect lunch or football snack. Put one of these in front of your man and he’ll gobble-up your turkey sandwich in a hurry!

Ingredients
- fresh hoagie roll
- mayonnaise
- cranberry sauce
- slices turkey breast
- salt & pepper
- turkey stuffing
- roasted turkey gravy
Instructions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Slice hoagie roll in half, lengthwise, not quite cutting all the way through.

Spread both sides liberally with mayonnaise.

Place in oven to broil, just until bread starts to crisp.Sprinkle turkey with salt & pepper.

Place slices of cranberry sauce on top half of roll.

Put some gravy in the stuffing & stir it in.Microwave the gravy & stuffing for 30 seconds to get it warm.

Spread stuffing between the turkey & the cranberry sauce. Close sandwich & roll tightly in foil.

Heat in oven for 5 minutes.
