Cilantro Sauce

"This easy-to-make cilantro sauce recipe is full of flavour and can be made in less than five minutes. It is a delicious condiment that goes well with various foods, especially grilled sea bass, chicken tikka, and samosa. The cilantro sauce can be mild or spicy, depending on your personal preference. If you’d like to use a different flavour, you can add mint leaves to the chutney. It’s entirely different from the traditional coriander chutney, and it has a distinct flavour. However, remember not to include the mint stalks, as they’ll make your chutney darker and affect its taste and texture. To avoid this, make sure to rinse the coriander leaves thoroughly. "
