Citrus Ponzu Sauce
"Ponzu sauce is a Japanese dipping sauce prepared with soy sauce, mirin, vinegar, and citrus fruit juice. This sauce is served with tataki, sashimi, and nigiri sushi among other dishes. You can also use it as a sushi roll dipping sauce. The sauce is special because it has sweet, sour, salty notes. It's fruity and it brightens up Japanese dishes. It's a useful sauce if you are into Japanese homemade food! In Japan, they add yuzu juice, which is a special citrus fruit but I have added instructions to add lime juice to this recipe. It tastes amazing this way too! "
