Strawberry Butter
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon confectioners sugar
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
Instructions
In a food processor or blender, puree the strawberries. In a medium-size bowl, with an electric mixer on High, beat the butter until creamy. Add the sugar, lime juice, and strawberry puree and continue beating until the mixture is no longer separate and is well blended. Serve with breakfast or tea breads.
