Mama's Cheddar and Garlic Biscuits

Baked biscuits can be frozen. To reheat, heat the oven to 375 degrees F. Wrap the biscuits loosely in aluminum foil. Bake for 10 minutes or until hot.

Ingredients
- 5 cups all-purpose baking mix or buttermilk biscuit mix
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
- 1 3/4 cup Swanson® Chicken Broth (Regular, Natural Goodness® or Certified Organic)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

Stir the baking mix, cheese, broth and garlic in a medium bowl with a fork. Drop 12 spoonfuls dough onto a baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining dough and another baking sheet.
