Cooler Corn On The Cob
"Cooler Corn on the Cob is a great way to cook a lot of corn at once, without turning on the stove or heating up your kitchen, no pots to wash and no mess! I made this for our annual family get-together/BBQ, and it worked perfectly. Cooler corn is popular in mid to late summer, during corn season. It's ideal for serving a large group, a potluck, a family reunion or gathering, a picnic, a cookout, or on camping trips. It pairs well with Pulled Pork on a Bun and Ceasar Salad (minus the chicken), Dill Deviled Eggs (as an appetizer), and No Bake Black Forest Cheesecake. "
