Blackened Balsamic Cauliflower
"Blackened Balsamic Cauliflower is an easy and delicious recipe. It’s naturally vegan, gluten-free and healthy. And you only need a handful of ingredients to make it. Instead of starting with the florets, the cauliflowers are roasted whole under the broiler with some olive oil and salt. Then the heads are separated into bite-size pieces and arranged on a serving platter. Balsamic vinegar is added, along with fresh oregano, rosemary, and thyme. And then it’s time to eat! I love this side dish served with pasta or a seasonal salad with beans."

I do love cauliflower but it can be very bland. I never thought of sprucing it up with balsamic vinegar. What a great idea. I love balsamic vinegar and welcomed this idea. I can't wait to try this. I always felt guilty eating cauliflower with cheese sauce as it took the healthy factor away from the vegetable.

This sounds good! Cauliflower could use the extra flavor from balsamic dressing in my opinion.
