Creamsicles
Ingredients
- 6 ounces can peaches in light syrup or 2 fresh ripe peaches, sliced and pitted
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp sugar or honey (optional)
- popsicle sticks and cups
Instructions
Whip cream in a blender for 30-45 seconds. Add peaches and honey. Whir until smooth. Pour into molds, insert sticks, and freeze.

I love peaches. This would be a great frozen treat. Can you also use frozen peaches? I think they would be better than the canned if the fresh is out of season. When I think of creamsicles I think of ice cream in it instead of the heavy cream. Could you use ice cream instead?
