Never in a million years would I think of combining coconut and cashews, and yet, hear I am addicted to this recipe. Thankfully it's easy to make because I could eat them by the pailful. There is no such thing as having any leftover with these Coconut Cashews. Don't hesitate to treat yourself to this addictive indulgence.
