Easy Fried Banana Rolls
"If you love bananas, you’ll love this recipe. When cooked, the plantains begin to give off a sweetness that is similar to a banana. This is also a perfect recipe for you if you’re looking for crunch. It might be a unique combination for you, but it’s definitely worth a try. If you want to add deeper flavor, you can add a pinch of cinnamon and ground nutmeg to each wrapped plantain. You can also interchange ripe jackfruit with mango, purple yam jam or even thin slices of pineapples."

Ingredients
- 6 sweet plantains
- 1 cup ripe jackfruit
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 12 spring roll wrappers
- 2 cups canola oil
Instructions

Cut the plantains lengthwise.

Roll the plantains in the brown sugar until coated evenly.

Place the coated plantains in the spring roll wrappers with slices of ripe jackfruit.

Fold and use water to seal off the spring roll wrapper.

Heat the oil in a pan and add the brown sugar.
