I have never heard of Max and Erma's before but this chicken tortilla soup recipe looks divine! Sounds like a perfect hot meal for these frigid winter nights. I also really appreciate how the nutrition facts label has been calculated out and posted with this recipe! Definitely makes you look twice at the canned soup options.
