"It is sure cold here in Portland OR - not super cold - but it is about 40 ish daily even with the sun out ( which is a rare occurrence) so I thought it would be a perfect weekday meal to make a soup. My favorite soup to make ( if you did not know) is Broccoli Cheese Soup - everyone in my family loves it PLUS it is very simple to make."

I can honestly say that I have never put cheese in a soup. But I like things which are simple to make and I try and eat my fair share of broccoli so I'm willing to give this a try. It does look very delicious and if it is a 'cure' for cold days then I am sure I will be using this soon as winter is coming. Where have I heard that before?
