I never thought to put chicken in corn chowder. This recipe sounds delicious and it's easy too. When I saw the picture, I realized how hungry I am, and I wished I had the ingredients to make it tonight or tomorrow. It's still soup weather, so this weekend, we are having chicken and corn chowder!

Chicken and corn chowder soup-sounds delicious! It would be a great soup to put in the slow cooker on a busy day and have it ready for dinner. I would not use canned corn, however. I love organic frozen corn, so I would use that. I also would probably just use a couple of cooked chicken breasts instead of rotisserie chicken.

This chicken and corn soup looks delicious. I love chicken and corn and can't wait to try this one. I like the sweetness of corn added to a recipe. It is also a cheap alternative which is always good. I think I will pop this into the slow cooker. It is nice to cook something and forget about it whilst you do other things. Especially on weekends when everything has piled up during the week. Then I can container it in the fridge and grab it for lunches at work during the week.
