And she let me in on one of the best kept secrets on campus- delicious and cheap soup. This was music to a starving student’s ears. And that inspired this quick and easy Italian Wedding Soup with frozen meatballs and frozen spinach! It can be made in 30 minutes but tastes like it took hours to make @ only 4 Weight Watchers Freestyle Points per serving"
