This looks pretty yummy. I am interested in making this, but I would not be using corn still on the cob. Instead, I would be using either frozen or canned corn. Does anyone know what the substitution equivalents would be for changing this? I need this to be a quicker recipe and dont have the time to use cobbed corn.
