- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium yellow onion, medium dice
- 2 medium poblano peppers, medium dice
- 1 package (8.8 ounces) ready-to-serve brown rice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 (15-ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 2 (14.5 ounce) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (32-ounce) carton beef broth

In a large skillet, cook and crumble beef with onion over medium heat until no longer pink, 5-7 minutes; transfer to a 6-qt. slow cooker. Stir in remaining ingredients.
