Sugar Skull Empanadas

"When I found out that Disney Pixar COCO was hitting theaters this November, I was super excited. Not only does the film incorporate Hispanic heritage, which is dear to my heart but we also get to experience a magical journey for the passion of both, music and family. These empanadas are made out of inspiration for the film, what brings my family together is food and music! I hope you enjoy these as much as my family did, they are great treats for birthdays parties, or since we are in October a Halloween party!"
