Forget the greasy potato chips! When I have one of those hardcore salty food cravings, I am more likely to go on a fridge dive for the pickles or the olives! It would be fun to experiment with doing other veggies using this same technique. Asparagus, zucchini, or red pepper strips are at the top of my list to try.
