"Only five ingredients required; this tasty recipe is a plant based and can be gluten free (opt for gluten free soy sauce). One of my go-to no thinking dinners; garlic and soy Brussels sprouts served with either brown or basmati rice and garnished with black sesame seeds. This dish was inspired by my love for Asian food. Add tofu or tempeh or your favourite bean to complement. Is a quick meal idea that the whole family will enjoy."
