Indian Okra Side Dish Recipe
"The Indian Okra side dish is an easy sabzi to serve with rice and curry, which is known as a thali. A thali is basically cooked rice on a large plate surrounded by small pots that are filled with one curry and several varieties of sauteed or stir-fried vegetables. The okra side dish is lightly spiced and is the Goan Indian version that includes kokam (a dried plum native to the Western Ghats) to add an element of sour to the healthy dish. You can make this side dish in one pot within 10 minutes from scratch and enjoy it also with other Asian main course meals because it's a rather neutral side dish."
