Easy Lite Cheesy Jalapeno Popper Dip

Ingredients
- 1 fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely diced
- 2 tablespoons jarred jalapeno peppers, drained and finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely diced
- 2 (8-ounce) package non-fat cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 (4-ounce) cans diced green chilis
- 1 cup shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese, divided (1/2 cup for cheese mixture and 1/2 for topping)
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

I remembered viewing this recipe a few months ago and despite the unhealthiness I warned about, it is a great recipe! The dip comes out just like the picture. It's pleasing to the eye and also tastes great! I brought it to work one day and everyone loved it. It definitely has a kick so be cautious if you don't like spicy foods!

This dip sounds absolutely delicious but be careful thinking that it is very healthy! That's a lot of cream cheese, mayonnaise, and cheese. I appreciate the use of the Greek yogurt to reduce some of the mayo but these are still some pretty big portions of unhealthy ingredients!
