    "A Caprese Salad is a classic Italian recipe featuring fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and basil drizzled with olive oil and sometimes a bit of balsamic vinegar. I channeled those same flavors with this Grilled Caprese Crostini appetizer. Crusty bread brushed with olive oil and balsamic glaze. Fresh mozzarella that gets slightly melty on the grill. Cherry tomatoes and basil that gets piled on top once the crostini come off the grill. Easy and delicious!"
