Korean Fried Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 pounds Skin on Chicken Wings
- Vegetable Oil
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Pepper
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoons Smoked Paprika
- 1 tablespoon Dried Ground Ginger
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 3 tablespoons Asian Garlic Chili Sauce
- 3 tablespoons Honey
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
- Sesame Seeds
- Chopped Green Onions

Use half of the salt and pepper to season the chicken wings. Place seasoned chicken wings in a large bowl. Using gloved hands, add 1 tablespoon of the Asian garlic chili to the bowl with the wings and toss to coat.

To a gallon zipper plastic bag, add remaining salt and pepper, the flour, smoked paprika, ginger, and garlic powder. Close bag and toss to combine dry ingredients.
