"Minimal work, fantastic results, I mean seriously, what more could you ask for in an appetizer. Because this travels well, you can serve it with your favorite crackers and take it to an office party, tailgating or Sunday football games. There’s nothing about this delicious appetizer that requires expensive ingredients. My husband and I buy store brand blocks of cheddar cheese and slice, grate or cube as we need it. When I need olives, we go to the dollar store and get them on sale. The only hard part about making Marinated Cheese Peppers and Olives will be keeping everybody’s fingers out of the bowl while it marinates.
