These sweet potato wedges look really tasty. I agree that it is the healthier alternative and am trying to eat more sweet potatoes. I think I will try the guacamole too. I love avocados. I think they may taste quite nice with some dried chilli flakes sprinkled over them or maybe some cayenne pepper.

Quick, easy and hardly any ingredients at all, this just has to be the easiest recipe ever, and the result is very good too! I used Spanish Smoked Paprika because we were out of the usual variety and they were really tasty. Next time I will try some taco flavoring to see if that works. We tend to follow a low carb diet so sweet potato recipes are always welcome and this one is really good.
