These are splendid! I love peaches and this is a great way to use them. Has anyone tried making these with canned peaches? I know fresh would be best to use, but I'm curious how they might turn out if canned peaches were used. This sounds like it would be a terrific dessert, especially topped with some vanilla or peach ice cream.
