Like many easy beef Stroganoff recipes, this dish is made with simple, classic ingredients and is simple to prepare. Did your grandma used to make homemade egg noodles for this dish? My mom used to cook homemade all the time, but now she buys a store bought version that is similar to her recipe. I still miss her noodles because they puffed up so nicely and were so thick.
