I think what makes this recipe special is the love that went into it right? I like the brown sugar addition and the honey mustard. Those are two things I do not use in my meatloaf, but I bet they do make a huge difference. I can't wait to make my meatloaf and add these two ingredients.

I am so happy to have found this recipe cos years ago I mislaid one that was very similar. It really is a great meatloaf recipe and the brown sugar and tomato sauce make the most wonderfully tasty topping and sauce. This is a really good family meal, easy to make so can easily be prepared for a mid week evening meal. Our whole family loved it and yours will too.
