A one skillet taco meal? I always have a ton of dishes, but usually from all the prep. We often use a big pan to cook several pounds of ground beef or ground chuck at a time. We like to have tacos one night and then taco salads for dinner with the leftovers the following night.

If you like tacos, you will enjoy this deconstructed version. On a busy weeknight when dinner needs to be ready as soon as possible, this recipe offers quick meal preparation. When making this, I would omit the corn, use macaroni for the pasta, and include lite sour cream and reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese. If preferred, ground turkey could be substituted for the ground beef. When cooking the pasta, make sure that it is al dente so that it is a good consistency.
