Sour cream and Worstershire sauce over steak? I have never thought about using these ingredients to make a gravy for my steak. I use the onions and other ingredients, but the sour cream is a new one on me. Does it give the steak a tangy flavor? I hope it does because it is one of my favorite flavors to have on meat.

This sounds like such an easy meal that my whole family will love. I like that the meat becomes tender from cooking. We all like green beans in my family, so this will be a great recipe for us. I will probably serve it over mashed potatoes instead of rice.

As Andi herself says about her recipe it doesnt look great but believe me it really is tasty! None of us really likes green beans so I roasted some mixed veg separately from this dish but that is the only change I made. The meat was lovely and tender and I will definitely make it again.
