Do you ever add any cheese to your meatloaf? I have one recipe where I add an entire bag of sharp cheddar or mozzarella cheese to the mix. It comes out with a unique flavor. I add Worcestershire and ketchup to mine too, but the mustard is new, so I am going to use it next time.
