Can this recipe be so easy and yummy at the same time? I love dump recipes for the days when you know you are working a late shift. I like meals that don't take a ton of effort when you have an evening appointment, soccer games, and math homework to go over.

Yum! This looks delicious. I love stir fried vegetables and beef. This makes it so simple, and no frying involved. The sounds looks good too. I think I might use it as a marinade on the beef strips first though. Just to add a bit more flavour to the beef itself.
