Any recipe with the word "caramel" in it, has me! I tried to find the Truvia brown sugar blend in my local stores, but they didn't sell it. I'll look again because I think this dessert looks fantastic. I think I'll serve it with vanilla frozen yogurt.

My oh my but this Warm Caramel dessert is absolutely deeeeelicious! It was a coolish day yesterday (we are still in summer here in South Africa) so I decided to make a warm pudding to have with our evening meal. The teenage boys will eat pretty much anything, as teenage boys do, but even the man of the house had seconds and he does not have a sweet tooth! Definitely going to be making this again.
