Country Ham and Cheddar Biscuits
Biscuits are great, but they're even better when they're filled with something special. Country Ham and Cheddar Biscuits are not just plain biscuits. Cubed ham, Cheddar cheese, and green onions add flavor and texture to these biscuits and transform them from just a dinner roll to an appetizer. This 5-ingredient recipe is especially easy to make when you have leftover ham. So, when you have leftover ham after Easter that you need to use up, think about using it in this biscuit recipe.

These look wonderful. I've always loved the Red Lobster Cheddar Bay biscuits, and adding the ham and onion to the cheddar biscuits just kicks this up several notches for me. Like a lot of biscuit recipes, this is really simple and I know I'll be making up a batch of these. I do find country ham to be a bit salty for my tastes (at least some of the country hams available around here), so I might substitute some chopped deli ham instead.

These are great as a breakfast to go. My husbands always has to have butter on stuff like this. My daughter and I like them as is. If you have a favorite biscuit recipe, just add the cheese, ham, and onions to that and bake as normal. They taste best when they are warm from the oven.
