I wouldn't really call this a bread- since it is so moist and sweet it is more of a cake. But nonetheless, since it is so fast to whip together and requires no kneading, it is great for those busy days when you might want something nice to serve for dessert but are short on time. I might add some additional poppy seeds to the glaze so you can "see" what's inside. I was wondering it freezes well, since it makes two, or if it might get soggy from the pudding...
