What a great take on monkey bread! This disappeared in a hurry when I presented it for brunch! Thanks for the recipe and the idea!

We typically make super sweet monkey breads with cinnamon, brown sugar, and sugary glazes. As amazingly delicious as those all are, I love this savory take on monkey bread! The use of buttermilk biscuits is such a quick trick! Ham and swiss is a great combo. Other ideas include bacon with cheddar, peppers and onions with pepperjack cheese, broccoli and white cheddar, or any other combinations you can think of!

I don't know if I'm just in the mood for a ham and cheese sandwich, but I seem to be drawn to recipes with those ingredients today. This Ham and Swiss Monkey Bread recipe looks fabulous. I love the bread being coated with olive oil. Italian seasonings and parmesan cheese, and the ham and cheese being diced and shredded. Did I mention the dipping sauce? Honey, Dijon mustard, and mayo...it doesn't get any better than that. This is such an easy, well written recipe, I whipped it up in no time, and turned my craving into shear satisfaction.
