Instead, you just mix the ingredients together, pour them into a loaf pan, and you can bake the bread immediately. This Oat Bread is a quick bread. It uses oat flour, which makes it a gluten free bread, and it doesn't use yeast, which means you don't have to worry about heating the yeast to the right temperature. So it's much easier to make than a traditional bread."
