Banana Bread
"Banana bread makes my heart so happy. It’s one of those comfort foods that is viscerally fulfilling for me. Also, it tastes so good. Banana bread never lasts long in our house, so we usually double the recipe and make two loaves! I like to serve our banana bread with a warm cup of coffee, whipped butter, and if I’m feeling totally crazy, I’ll sprinkle on some pumpkin pie spice! So good!"

This is great! My neighbor just brought over 2 large bananas last night, because she didn't know what to with them. They are slightly over ripe. I'll make a loaf of bread for her and take it over. Not sure if they like nuts or not, so I'll leave them out. This is a straightforward recipe that sounds so good. I'm looking for home baked bread today. Love that smell in the home. Thank you for sharing this bread recipe.
